Graduating with a Diploma in Secretarial Science from UITM Kota Samarahn in 2002, Rosa embarked on a career path marked by excellence and dedication. For seventeen years, she served in administrative roles, specializing in providing crucial support to the human resource department of the Police department. Known for her ability to thrive under pressure, Rosa excels in multitasking, prioritization, and delivering high-quality results with minimal supervision.

Her notable achievements include being a finalist in Miss Fair & Lovely 2007, Sarawak Top Model & Miss Model of World 2008, and achieving the title of 1st runner up in Idola Ratu Kabaya 2010. Additionally, she has been recognized as the Malaysia Culture & Tourism Ambassador in 2023 and was a finalist in the Queen of the World Sarawak Mrs Entrepreneur competition in the same year.
